See our swim timetable for swim slots. Swim slots are released at 1030 the day before, please call 01285 862640 to book. Walk-ins are still accepted if space allows.
Alternatively, head to Mill Village for our other outdoor heated pool, changing facilities and a sauna.
If you’re looking for something a bit more energetic, you can achieve your fitness goals in our state-of-the-art Technogym or push your limits by booking a session with one of our qualified personal trainers.
Treatments
Unwind in one of the nature-themed treatment rooms allowing yourself to be pampered with our ethical range of GAIA treatments. Inspired by GAIA, using organic products created with the finest blends of plant actives and essential oils to meet all skin types’ needs.
Indulge in a rejuvenating facial, a unique poultice massage, or take the weight off your feet with a nourishing pedicure. For mums-to-be, we have our beautifully relaxing Mother GAIA treatments.
Afternoon Tea and Massage Experience
Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience with our afternoon tea and luxury massage for two.
This experience includes access to the Lower Mill Estate Leisure & Wellness Club from 1000-1730 with complimentary use of a robe, a rejuvenating 60-minute bespoke massage and exclusive access to our restful relaxation room where you can savour a delicious afternoon tea served from 1500-1630.
