Boasting a vibrant and roomy interior, this holiday rental provides a welcoming atmosphere akin to a home away from home. Guests have the opportunity to retreat and discover the scenic Silverlake Estate, enveloped by serene lakes and enchanting woodlands. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
Whilst this property is fully completed, the neighbouring properties are still undergoing elements of construction. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. To the ground floor of Baxter's Rise 26, you will find 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. There are two spacious king size bedrooms, a single bunk room, and a further super king size bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the ground floor decking. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult, however the top bunk is only suitable for child. A generously sized family bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
The living areas are located on the first floor of the property, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility room/WC. There is space for the whole family to gather around the dining table, or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy the far reaching views over the Estate from the first floor balcony.
Accessing the property is made easy with a driveway right outside the house and a lawn wrapping around the house.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue to follow the road until you see number 26 at the top of the hill.
