Sleeping 13 guests, this home offers beautiful lake views and luxury interiors. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 11 adults and 2 children.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing various stages of construction. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. A beautifully appointed house with spacious accommodation for 13 guests.
The ground floor accommodation offers a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a lounge with comfortable seating around the log burner, a large dining table and sliding patio doors that bring the outside in.
The first floor accommodates two king size bedrooms, each with shower ensuite and a versatile room that can be set as a twin room or super king room. A children's bunk room completes the accommodation on this floor with a single bed and set of bunk beds. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for a child. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath and shower over. The second floor offers a further king bedroom with shower ensuite and another versatile twin or super king room. This room can be made up as a twin on request. There is also a walk in shower room on this floor. The games room is located on the top floor with multi-use air hockey/table football and pool table as well as an Xbox console and games. All the King Bedrooms are located to the rear of the property, boasting far reaching views across the Estate and countryside beyond.
The exterior of the property offers a gas BBQ, large alfresco dining area and outside furniture to relax on. The lawn stretches from the decking down to the water's edge with access to the lake with private jetty. The property further offers a wooden bike rack and parking for 4 cars.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road until you see the turning on the right for Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village, take the first left towards the lakeside properties and you will find Lazy Days at the water's edge.
There is plenty of parking at the side of the property for up to 4 vehicles.
