This spacious five-bed, three-bath luxury property offers plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining the family. The property sleeps 11; owing to the sleeping configuration we recommend a maximum of 10 adults and 1 child.
The living area provides plenty of seating, as well as a games area for the children. There is a delightful open-plan kitchen, with all the mod cons, including a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or orange juice in the morning. A large dining table will see families enjoying quality time together.
Triple bi-fold doors open onto fully enclosed decking, spanning the width of the property, leading onto its own private jetty. The decking overlooks the stunning lake to a secluded garden area; perfect for family picnics.
Silverlake is just a short drive from the world-renowned Jurassic Coast, offering plenty of natural beauty spots to enjoy off site.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
Please note that there are some properties on the Estate that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. To the ground floor is large open plan living/kitchen area, games corner and cloakroom. On the first floor is the master suite with king size bed, access to large rear facing balcony and walk in shower ensuite. There is another double bedroom with access to the balcony and a kids bunk room with small double bed under a raised single (top bunk only suitable for a child). There are 2 further bedrooms on the top floor with large twin room, a double room and family bathroom.
The property offers spacious accommodation, spectacular views and plentiful storage.
To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with space for several cars, EV charging point and rear pedestrian access.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Overton Island is accessed via a mini bridge at the end of Wakeling Island. Overton 11 is on the far side of the island, follow the road around and you will find the property with plenty of parking outside.
