On the ground floor is the stunning open plan kitchen/dining and living room, bedroom 4 with zip and link beds that can be set up as a king size bed or two singles as required and a separate shower room/cloakroom.  A boot room/utility with separate washing machine and tumble drier is also on the ground floor.   

The kitchen offers all mod cons with quartz worksurfaces and high quality Siemens appliances including a full height fridge, under counter freezer, a combi oven and a full oven. A breakfast bar area offers seating for up to 4 guests.

The living area includes luxury comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, while the dining area seats up to 10 people and there is a separate wine fridge and bar area that is ideal for entertaining. 

Upstairs are three bedrooms - one super-king, one king and a bunk room with four full size bunk beds.

The master bedroom, overlooking the lake to the rear, offers a super king zip and link bed that can be divided into twin beds if required (please request on booking), an ensuite shower room and a balcony with a bistro table and chairs that is accessed via sliding doors.

A second bedroom has a king size zip and link bed that can be divided into twin beds (please request at time of booking), an ensuite shower room and a juliette balcony.   

The third bedroom has two sets of high quality upholstered full size single bunk beds sleeping up to four guests (we recommend only children in top bunks) and there is also a separate family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside to the rear is a decked area and grassed gardens leading to the private jetty and lake.  On the large deck is a full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and Egg charcoal BBQ, luxury seating and dining furniture and a 6 person hot tub.  To the side of Robin's Retreat Silverlake is a self contained games room complete with sofa, TV, arcade games machine and a pool table.  

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack and Tipi hut offering pizza and burgers during peak season.    

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties at Silverlake that are undergoing construction in various phases. You may be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays.  Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, two hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar sachets, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a tea-towel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Kitchen appliances include a Siemens integrated dishwasher, full height fridge, under counter freezer,  induction hob, combi oven/microwave and full oven, 4 slice toaster and a Nespresso compatible coffee machine.  A washer and separate tumble dryer is also available for guests' use.

Security cameras are situated to the front drive and side of the house but these will be turned off for guest stays. 

The property also includes EV charging.

A travel cot and highchair is available for hire at an additional cost.  Please advise at the time of booking if these are required.  Please note that no mattress is supplied for a travel cot.
