Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.

The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. The ground floor accommodation comprises a light and contemporary, spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with views over the outdoor deck to the water through floor to ceiling patio doors. The dining section includes a table that seats up to eight and there is a breakfast bar area with three stools.
The comfortable living area includes an extra large corner sofa and two easy chairs and boasts a real wood log burner and Smart TV.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a cloakroom.
On the first floor is a king size master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and luxury ensuite shower room. The bedroom has access via large sliding doors to balcony decking with a bistro table and 2 chairs. The second bedroom is another king, also with fitted wardrobes and access to a balcony shared with bedroom three. The third bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk bed with a double mattress below and single bed above. There is also a single pull out trundle bed suitable for a child. A family bathroom completes the first floor accommodation.
The sky deck, accessed via a flight of stairs from the second floor, includes a large luxury corner sofa seating area with sun shade and coffee table, as well as an faux grass play area for children with a variety of games provided by the owners for guests' enjoyment.
Outside there is a large wooden deck with table and benches for alfresco dining and an outdoor hanging 'Egg' chair for whiling away the hours. There is easy access from Songbird to the waters edge via a path at the side of the property.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, two hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar sachets, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Kitchen appliances include: Siemens induction hob, Siemens combi microwave/oven, Siemens full oven, Siemens 70/30 fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster, kettle, a Nespresso pod compatible coffee machine and a washer/dryer.
Stairgates have been fitted at this property at ground floor and first floor levels. There is no stairgate fitted on the stairs to the roof terrace.
There is a charcoal barbeque at this property. Guests are required to supply their own charcoal or BBQ packs can be ordered at the time of booking for an additional charge.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot. The travel cot measures 105cm length x 74cm width.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the two gates into Silverlake follow the road past Beaumont Village and look for the a right turn for Shepperd's View.
Turn right and then follow the road (ignoring the first left turn) and take the second turn left. Before you come to the end of the road, take a right turn over an unpaved section and immediately left onto a tarmac road. Follow this road until you come to a left turn towards The Knoll. Songbird is the first house on the left hand side. Parking for two cars is to the right of the property.
