South View is a cosy mid-terrace two bed cottage nestled in the heart of the peaceful and popular Beaumont Village with a view across to Beaumont Lake. This contemporary cottage that sleeps up to 2 adults and 3 children, has been furnished to a high standard and enjoys vaulted ceilings to the first floor and an open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor with large glass bi-fold doors leading onto a sheltered private garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one bunk room with a triple sleeper bunk bed (suitable for children only). There is also a good sized family bathroom with shower over bath.
The property has a downstairs cloakroom, washer/dryer and a log burner. Guests also have use of the communal BBQ which is about 25’ from the garden gate.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
The open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious light area to relax with your guests.
A dining table seats four guests comfortably. The lounge offers a three seater sofa and single high backed arm chair all surrounding the modern wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. There is a 40 inch smart TV with built in DVD player.
There is a large range of wood effect cupboards with built in appliances including single oven, four ring gas hob, built in microwave oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and contemporary white granite work surfaces. Very well equipped for four guests.
There is a cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen.
Upstairs accommodation comprises king sized bed with matching bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room with toilet. Patio doors lead to small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake. The second bedroom offers a triple sleeper bunk bed (single bunk beds with truckle bed under). Chest of drawers and built in storage. Door leads to a small balcony looking across to Beaumont Lake. PLease note that we recommend only children in the bunk beds and truckle bed.

Ground floor bi-fold doors lead to a private garden with decked area and lawn. The property has outdoor seating for four guests with a private gate to the bottom of the garden leading onto the village green complete with communal BBQ and on towards Beaumont Lake. There is one allocated parking space.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is in a crescent of cottages, take the first exit on the mini roundabout and it is directly on the right. Parking for this property is further down the road towards the lake on your right. The key safe is next to the front door.
